Cirkusen fortsätter.... eller "we fight"

Ni kan inte ha missat att Apple har stämt HTC för patentintrång, men om ni har det så finns det att läsa här. HTC har alltså blivit stämda på 20 patentintrång som är hyfsat breda i sin beskrivning men tar upp iPhonens användargränssnitt, hårdvara samt den underliggande arkitekturen i telefonen.

Till sitt försvar tar nu HTC upp fem stycken patent som de i sin tur tycker att de har rätt till och i sin tur alltså stämmer Apple för. Ni hör ju själva att det är lite av en sandlåda för vuxna klädda i kavaj, men sådana är tydligen spelreglerna om man vill föra verksamhet i USA.

Vad som kommer att hända i slutändan är än så länge ytterst oklart, inget av bolagen kommer dock att förlora deg i år på grund av detta. Det här är väl kanske baksidan av att bli ett allt för stort företag, man måste ha ett gäng duktiga advokater vid sin sida om man vill överleva helt enkelt.
