Payday 3 gets a release date

Coming in September

Yesterday, Swedish companies Starbreeze and Overkill Studios released a new trailer for their upcoming game Payday 3, and also announced the release date.

Like the previous games in the Payday series, Payday 3 revolves around the characters attempting a heist. The game will take place somewhere in New York, and the characters from Payday: The Heist, "Dallas", "Chains", "Wolf", and "Hoxton", will be featured in the upcoming game.

The trailer reveals that Payday 3 will be released on Xbox X/S on September 21st. It is currently unclear if the game will also be released on other platforms on that date.
