Vem ska nu skrika "I love this company"?

Idag så meddelande Steve "The Screamer" Ballmer att han kommer att lämna posten som Microsofts VD inom 12 månader, något som förstås är väldigt stort då han har varit med ända från 1980. Här nedan kan ni läsa hans brev som gick ut till företagets anställda idag. Under dessa tolv månader så kommer jakten på en ny VD att pågå och så fort man har hittat en så kommer Ballmer att avgå.

Om han kommer att fortsätta inom företaget är oklart men om man läser mellan raderna så verkar det vara så att han kommer att behålla sina aktier och därav vara en av de största ägarna men troligen så kommer han ej ha någon position inom företaget.

"I am writing to let you know that I will retire as CEO of Microsoft within the next 12 months, after a successor is chosen. There is never a perfect time for this type of transition, but now is the right time. My original thoughts on timing would have had my retirement happen in the middle of our transformation to a devices and services company focused on empowering customers in the activities they value most.
