MMO-spelet blir inte av

Under många, många år nu har det pratats om Blizzards nästa MMO-spel som gick under kodnamnet Titan. Dock ser det numera ut som att detta spelet aldrig blev av då Blizzard nu officiellt kommenterat att utvecklingen av spelet har lagts ner efter ungefär sju års utveckling.

I en intervju med Polygon nämnde Blizzards Mike Morhaime att de trodde de hade koll på hur man gjorde MMO-spel men att man inte fick ihop det med Titan.
"We had created World of Warcraft, and we felt really confident that we knew how to make MMOs. So we set out to make the most ambitious thing that you could possibly imagine. And it didn't come together.

We didn't find the fun. We didn't find the passion. We talked about how we put it through a reevaluation period, and actually, what we reevaluated is whether that's the game we really wanted to be making. The answer is no."
