Har fått den nedplockad på grund av varumärkesintrång

För några dagar sedan berättade vi om den nya hemsidan där man kan spela Super Mario 64 direkt i webbläsaren. Tilltaget uppskattades dock inte av Nintendo som nu hävdat varumärkesintrång. Det har också lett till att skaparen plockat ner sajten och skickat ett svar till Nintendo om grunden till hemsidan och att den är nedtagen.

Thank you for forwarding the request to me. I was hosting this work for a good friend who is an avid fan, and built the project from scratch as a tech demo. You can read more about the project here: roystanross.wordpress.com

As mentioned on the original blog post, and noted in various big name media press below, there is no intention to monetize this, ever: IGN - GameSpot - TIME - TechCrunch - The Verge - Gizmodo
