Spotify till USA "om några månader"

The never ending story...

I vad som mångt och mycket börjar likna en såpopera verkar det nu som om Spotify kommer att lanseras i USA inom några månader. Eller kanske inte.

Att rykten nu återigen gör gällande att Spotify är på väg in på den amerikanska marknaden är att Spotify har skickat ut ett mail, till de få lyckliga amerikanska användare som har tillgång till tjänsten, där man anger hur dessa ska kunna börja betala för tjänsten samt att man med orden "We are really looking forward to launching the service in full in the USA over the coming months" antyder att tjänsten är på gång att lanseras i USA officiellt.

Det är dock inte helt omöjligt att man kan lyckas med ovanstående då man nyligen slöt ett avtal med Sony Music om distribution på den amerikanska marknaden och en del rykten gör gällande att ett avtal med EMI är nära. Dock så bör man nog ha med både Warner och Universal på tåget innan en amerikansk lansering ska kunnas tas på allvar.
