På plats, förutom lilla jag, var Christian von Koenigsegg, prins Carl Philip, Supercar Blondie, en herrans massa fina bilar och folk som älskar dessa bilar. Inramningen på Norrviken var väldigt fin och mixen av bilar riktigt trevlig. Båstad ligger ju bara en halvtimmes bilfärd från Ängelholm, så det var väl rätt naturligt att man skulle hålla det här. Både Christian och hans fru Haldora von Koenigsegg har nämligen varit med och dragit igång eventet. Första dagen rymde man iväg till fabriken och testbanan vid Koenigsegg. Grundare av eventet är Filip Larsson, som även har startat Motikon, som säljer klassiska lyxbilar. Blandningen av riktigt fina klassiker och hypercars var därmed väldigt naturlig. På plats hittade vi, förutom flertalet Koenigseggs, en hel rad med riktigt unika klassiker av olika slag. Man lyckades faktiskt, som sagt, med blandningen av bilar och det kändes både lyxigt och precis lagom folkligt. Kul! BMW var huvudsponsor och visade förutom deras första elbil från 1972 och en rad andra klassiker även Neue Klasse och Neue Klasse X. Det är lite lätt imponerande att lyckas göra ett sånt här event i lilla Sverige, men man lyckades och jag blir extremt förvånad om det inte blir en uppföljning nästa år.
