At the end of last year, Remedy gave us a first glimpse of Alan Wake II, and during yesterday's Summer Game Fest, we got to see some gameplay from the upcoming game for the first time.

In the new Alan Wake game, the main character, Alan Wake, will be accompanied by FBI agent Saga Anderson. The player starts as Saga and will have the opportunity to switch between her and Alan during the game. Together, they will investigate some ritual murders that have occurred in a small town in northwest USA.

Alan Wake II will be released on October 17 for Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, and PC.
