The fighting game with the confusing name
During yesterday's Summer Game Fest, NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. showed off some gameplay from their upcoming fighting game Mortal Kombat 1 for the first time.Despite its name, Mortal Kombat 1 is actually the twelfth game in the Mortal Kombat series and a sequel to Mortal Kombat 11. One of the new features in the upcoming game is the introduction of something called "Kameo Fighters", playable characters that will serve as a kind of support assistant to the main character being played.Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch on September 19th.
