Ferrari's first production car to break 7-minute mark at Nürburgring

New day, new Ring record. This time it's a Ferrari 296 GTB that managed to lap the track in 6:58.7. This makes it the first production Ferrari ever to run under seven minutes. It also makes it one of only 15 car models to have lapped the Nürburgring in just under seven minutes. The Ferrari was equipped with the Assetto Fiorano package and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires.
