iPhone 15 rumored to have faster wireless charging

According to a rumor on Weibo, the iPhone 15 series may support wireless charging up to 15W with non-Made for iPhone certified chargers, which are usually more affordable alternatives to Apple-certified chargers. This would be an improvement compared to the iPhone 12, 13, and 14, which require either Apple's official MagSafe magnetic wireless charger or a third-party magnetic charger with MagSafe to achieve 15W wireless fast charging. With a standard Qi-certified wireless charger, these models only reach up to 7.5W.Apple has been involved in creating the new Qi2 standard, which, like MagSafe, uses magnets to achieve the best possible contact with the charging device. Therefore, it's not entirely surprising if the iPhone 15 would have better support for third-party wireless chargers.
