Tamiya Wild One in 1:1 scale

We have previously written about Little Car Company which makes small replicas of various classic cars. Now they have done the opposite - starting with a small car and making it big instead. This is the classic radio-controlled car Wild One from manufacturer Tamiya, which Little Car Company has now produced in a 1:1 scale. It weighs in at 500 kg, has a battery pack totaling 14.4 kWh and is said to be capable of reaching 96 km/h.

The first examples, called Launch Edition, come with a kit that would allow you to legally drive the car on the street. The first deliveries are scheduled for early next year, and this summer we will get more information about the build - such as range, acceleration figures, and price tag.
