Adrian Portelli is a guy who apparently invests in real estate and has made a considerable amount of money through this. He's not afraid to spend it, and one of his recent bills went to the people who lifted his very special McLaren Senna GTR to his new luxury apartment located on the 57th floor in the city of Melbourne. The car will now serve as a decoration in his living room. Adrian recently bought the unfinished floor for AUD 39 million, making it Australia's most expensive residence. The reason the car was parked in the apartment is said to be that it can't be driven on the street anyway, and Adrian has no interest in taking it to the track again.

In other McLaren news the manufacturer has confirmed that they have a new hybrid V8 in the works. The new engine will be placed in an F1-inspired hypercar, and it will be developed by the company Ricardo.
