The electric version now goes further

Peugeot is now showcasing the updated 2008 which features the manufacturer's latest design language, more technology and an improved electric version that can travel up to 400 kilometers on a single charge. The electric motor is also stronger than before, providing 156 horsepower and the battery pack has a capacity of 54 kWh. Additionally, a hybrid version is available, combining a 136-horsepower gasoline engine with a new six-speed gearbox that includes an integrated electric motor. There are also conventional motor options available without any electric involvement.

The front of the car features a new lighting signature with three "claws," and the rear has also been updated with new lighting. The new logo is in place and three new color options are available: Selenium Gray, Vertigo Blue and Okenite White. The rims are offered up to 18 inches in size. The interior has new upholstery options, including Alcantara.
