During yesterday's PlayStation Showcase, Sony revealed something called "Project Q", a handheld gaming console that will be released later this year. With the console, it will be possible to play the games installed on your PlayStation 5 via Remote Play.

Project Q features an 8-inch LCD screen that can run games in 1080p at 60fps via wifi. Just like the PS5's own DualSense controllers, Project Q's controllers will have haptic feedback and other functionality found in the DualSense. The battery life of the handheld console is currently unknown.

There is no information yet on when Project Q will be released, what the official name of the console will be, or how much it will cost.
