Sony unveils Xperia 10 V

The world's lightest 5G smartphone with 5000mAh battery

The Xperia 10 is Sony's mid-range phone, sitting below the flagship "1" series, and it's getting an upgrade today in the form of the Xperia 10 V. Instead of focusing on the camera, this phone prioritizes battery life and weight, with Sony claiming it's the "world's lightest 5G smartphone with a 5000mAh battery." The phone boasts a 6.1-inch OLED screen with FHD+ and 21:9 aspect ratio. Inside, it's powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 695, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. As usual, there's a 3.5mm headphone jack, support for memory cards up to 1TB, and IP68 rating. On the back, there's a main camera at 26mm (48MP) with OIS, an ultra-wide at 16mm (8MP), and a telephoto at 54mm (8MP).

The Xperia 10 V will be available in lavender, sage green, white, and black from mid-June.
