Stenhaga Invest acquires Nevs factories in Trollhättan

We now learn that Stenhaga Invest, led by property owner Svante Andersson, has acquired 80 percent of the factory area in Trollhättan that Nevs has owned since 2012. The area will now be revitalized and according to Svante there are many interested tenants. Nevs and owner Evergrande will retain 20 percent of the area, possibly to restart production there in the future.What Stenhaga Invest has purchased is 320,000 square meters of buildings and offices and 800,000 square meters of land, including machinery and equipment. The purchase price is not currently known. The company will work with the municipality of Trollhättan to attract businesses to the area.
