Unveiling a new design language

Mini is now sharing some interior details that will premiere in the upcoming electric versions of the Cooper and Countryman. We also get a glimpse of the design of the new wheels.

The cars will have a completely new steering wheel design, featuring a loop that looks quite grippy and sporty. The standard version will only have two spokes and the one we see here will be an option, but it's not a third spoke - it's a piece of fabric. They have also developed new seats with different patterns and colors, and in a pretty cool way they have incorporated the letter M into the design. For the first time there are also armrests on the seats but it seems to be only on one side.

Everything will follow the new design language called Charismatic Simplicity.
