Volkswagen reveals insights on upcoming Tiguan
The plug-in hybrid goes 100 kilometers on electric power
Volkswagen is currently conducting the final test drives of the next Tiguan, and now they choose to share some information about what we can expect. This will be the third generation, built on the modular platform MQB evo. The car will be offered as a plug-in hybrid, and if you choose to buy one, you can look forward to a range of 100 kilometers on electric power. Other highlights that the new Tiguan will offer include HD Matrix headlights and new adaptive chassis control. The interior has also received a new screen on the center console, new seats, and improved sound insulation. It will no longer be possible to get the car with a manual gearbox, as only the dual-clutch gearbox DSG will be available. The world premiere will take place in the fall, with the launch happening sometime next year.
