In a report in the American publication Debrief, former defense employee David Grusch claims that the US government has seized extraterrestrial spacecraft without informing Congress. Grusch alleges that these spacecraft and their parts have been collected over decades.

Grusch himself claims to have read documents during his time at the US Defense Department that confirm the existence of extraterrestrial spacecraft, including dead pilots found inside. He also states that several others within the department have confirmed these claims.

However, there is a major problem with the story. Grusch has not been able to provide any photos or other evidence of the existence of these spacecraft. Additionally, there are no witnesses who can testify to having seen them. The two journalists who wrote the report on Grusch's revelations seem to believe he is telling the truth, but they have previously offered their report to respected publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Politico, none of which wanted to publish it, according to Vanity Fair.

A spokesperson for the US Department of Defense told News Nation that they do not have any extraterrestrial spacecraft in their possession.

"To date, AARO (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) has not discovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of any extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently. AARO is committed to following the data and its investigation wherever it leads."
