During Microsoft's developer conference Build, the company revealed that Windows 11 will soon have a new feature for forcibly closing programs that have become unresponsive. The new feature will be accessible from the Windows 11 taskbar and means that users will no longer need to go into the Windows Task Manager to close programs that have stopped responding to commands. The new feature for forcibly closing programs in Windows 11 will begin rolling out via an operating system update in the coming months.
