Automattic, the company behind the development of the blogging tool WordPress and the blogging platform WordPress.com, has launched a new AI-based tool that can write blog posts entirely on its own.

The new tool is called "Jetpack AI Assistant" and users can instruct the tool to write blog posts on various topics. In addition, users can specify the tone in which the post should be written, such as "formal", "provocative" or "humorous". The tool can also translate text, currencies and other things between twelve different languages.

Jetpack AI Assistant is available for free to all WordPress users who have their blogs on WordPress.com. Whether it will be disclosed in the blog post that it was written entirely or partially by an AI is not clear.
