Cirkusen Activision-Infinity Ward(-Respawn) börja ta sig alltmer extrema uttryck. Nu rapporteras det att 38 (!) nuvarande och före detta anställda hos Infinity Ward har gått ihop för att tillsammans stämma Activision. Gruppen kallar sig Infinity Ward Employee Group och anklagar Activision för kontraktsbrott, brott mot arbetslagslagstiftning, samt för att hålla inne pengar med mera. Summan de kräver Activision på är mellan 75 och 125 miljoner USD. Gruppens advokat:

Activision has withheld most of the money to force many of my people to stay, some against their will, so that they would finish the delivery of Modern Warfare 3. That is not what they wanted to do. Many of them. My clients' entitled to their money. Activision has no right to withhold their money -- our money.
