First glimpse of the next Grand Tour

Crossing Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia

Soon it's time for a new epic journey and this time the conditions are that they're going to make a road trip that no one has ever thought of doing and also do it in cars that no one has ever thought of taking on a road trip.

The journey this time goes to Central Europe and starts in Poland to continue through Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia. They try the Soviet equivalent of F1, are attacked by archers and promise a finale worthy of Fast and Furious.

James' car looks really mysterious, as does Jeremy's. Richard's Chevrolet SSR probably isn't what many have thought of as the perfect road trip car, but it's quite charming. It's a convertible pick-up with a metal roof and a giant V8 engine of 5.3 or 6 liters. Not a completely logical combination, but the result is pretty fun. And expensive, the model cost $41,000 when it was released! More about that car in the video below.

The premiere for the episode, called Eurocrash, is set for June 16 on Amazon Prime.
