Mate Rimac har nu full kontroll över Bugatti

Volkswagen-gruppen helt ute ur bilden

I april skrev vi att Porsche hade sålt alla sina aktier i Bugatti Rimac och nu är Rimacs övertagande av tillverkaren helt klar. Christophe Piochon som fram tills nu varit vd för Bugatti Automobiles och chief operating officer för Bugatti Rimac kommer kliva åt sidan och istället blir Mate Rimac ny vd för Bugatti och den som kommer styra märkets framtida riktning. Marko Brkljacic som tidigare varit chief operating officer för Rimac Technology anammar nu samma titel för Bugatti Rimac istället.

Mate Rimac säger följande:

From the Veyron to the Tourbillon, he has contributed to build and protect the quality and craftsmanship that define all hyper sports cars leaving Molsheim.
