Melissa McBride hoppar av The Walking Dead-spinoff
Carol och Daryl-spinoffen verkar nu bara bli Daryl-spinoffen

TVLine uppger att Melissa McBride inte längre kommer att medverka i den The Walking Dead-spinoff som det tidigare var sagt att hon skulle spela en av huvudrollerna i. Den kommande spinoffens fokus skulle ligga på McBrides karaktär Carol Peletier och karaktären Daryl Dixon som spelas av Norman Reedus.
Nu verkar det dock som om den kommande TWD-spinoffen helt kommer att fokusera på Daryl. En talesperson för AMC säger till TVLine om att Melissa McBride inte längre kommer att medverka i spinoffen:
"Melissa McBride has given life to one of the most interesting, real, human and popular characters in The Walking Dead Universe. Unfortunately, she is no longer able to participate in the previously announced spinoff focused on the Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier characters, which will be set and filmed in Europe this summer and premiere next year. Relocating to Europe became logistically untenable for Melissa at this time. We know fans will be disappointed by this news, but The Walking Dead Universe continues to grow and expand in interesting ways and we very much hope to see Carol again in the near future."
När den kommande TWD-spinoffenn, som nu alltså mest verkar handla om Daryl, kan tänkas dyka upp i tv-rutan finns det än så länge inga uppgifter om.
