Neil Druckmann och Bruce Straley tar över Uncharted 4

När Uncharted 4 offentliggjordes förra året så nämnde man att Amy Hennig och Justin Richmond var ansvariga för spelet. Men under våren så lämnade både Amy samt Justin Naughty Dog och därmed var det, i alla fall för oss, oklart vem som skulle ta över ledarrollen för detta spel. Nu har Naughty Dog själva gått ut och sagt att det är duon bakom The Last of Us (Neil Druckmann samt Bruce Straley) numera leder Uncharted 4-projektet.
I en intervju som Game Informer gjorde med studiochefen, Evan Wells, nämnde han att det går bra för dem.
"We've asked [Druckmann and Straley] to lead the project. They are excited as veterans of the Uncharted franchise to take the responsibility and they're doing great."
Evan nämnde även att studion har ännu ett outannonserat spel på gång som är på samma skala som Uncharted. Dock är detta spel fortfarande endast i ett väldigt skede så man skall nog inte förvänta sig att få se allt för mycket av detta spel inom kort tid.
Well I mentioned earlier the number of products we have going. We definitely have another project on the scale of Uncharted in very early pre-production stages. We have the sizable team that it takes to get something like that off of the ground, but it's got a long runway in front of it. We have a lot of great ideas and some stuff that is already getting everybody jazzed and excited. So, it's a long way off before we can really start talking about it in detail. But no, [Bruce and Neil working on Uncharted] is not going to impact our ability to keep that stirring that pot.
