Overwatch 2 kommer att bli gratis
Släpps i early access i oktober
Activision Blizzard meddelade igår att man kommer att släppa Overwatch 2 i en early access-version 4 oktober i år. Man uppgav även att spelet, till skillnad från Overwatch, kommer att vara ett så kallat free-to-play-spel, det vill säga att det kommer att bli möjligt att spela spelet utan att betala något.
Blizzard-chefen Mike Ybarra säger om Overwatch 2 i en pressrelease:
"We can’t wait to roll out the beginning of the Overwatch 2 experience on October 4 and introduce an exciting new competitive vision, featuring amazing new content and a reimagining of the iconic heroes, maps, and gameplay that made the original game so compelling. This is the beginning of an always-on and always-evolving era for the franchise, and a recommitment to serving players with frequent and substantial updates planned well into the future to keep Overwatch 2 fresh and fun for many years to come."
16 juni kommer Blizzard kommer att visa upp mer av Overwatch 2 under ett livsesänt event. Spelet släpps i early access-version till PC, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 samt Nintendo Switch 4 oktober. Här nedan hittas trailern Blizzard släppte för Overwatch 2 igår.
